FIRST SHOT

Almost a year back… Oh wait, let me start from here…  So this is my second post !!! didn’t really take much time to get started on this one and post it, but my first blog post took much longer to write and finally hit that publish button.  Looking back, my first piece of official writing was about four years back where I was one of the three writers of an article for a magazine. Not sure why and how it took me so long to get back to writing but I am glad that I did. ( at least I am…not sure if the readers agree…) ‘Someone’ famous once said, “Creativity is born from Anguish”. Not sure about the creativity, but at least the idea to start writing was born when I was in the ‘bubble’ (in reference to my first post #selfpromote). At that point, there was no intention to make anything out of it except to just write,  save (maybe) and then forget.  And so I did. Almost a year back, I started to write with no particular format or ...

Quite often… Or at least a couple of times in my lifetime, I have heard people use this phrase “ I live in my own world ”.. There was a point when it didn't even make sense to me, later there was a phase when I knew what it meant, but then…what?!! how does that even happen? someone told me that it’s just zoning out yourself or restricting yourself from the outside world,,,  Fortunately or Unfortunately, I have crossed these phases and have moved on to the next one. One where I not only know what ‘living in my own world is’ (or ‘a bubble’ as I would like to call it) but also actually experience it… Yes, Fortunately, or Unfortunately….The bubble is nothing short of amazing, it’s the best !!! But it’s just a bubble.. none of that stuff is real…But still, it’s good… First, it was just nice to think of it and then call it ‘creativity’… Every time something bad happened, the self-pity crept in, the blame game started, and then after a point, you feel like the whole univers...
